The practical proof of how I turn complexity into clarity.

This page is not a resume, but a collection of "cases" that illustrate how I approach challenges and build learning solutions.

Each project is a story of how we transform the complex into clear, practical results.

Explore my main areas of expertise below.

Instructional Design

Visual organization and logical structure of learning materials.

Theoretical knowledge alone does not generate transformation.

In many environments, students or employees know what to do, but fail to apply that knowledge confidently in practice.

The challenge is to build bridges between theory and real-world application, turning passive learning into an active, engaging experience.

As an Instructional Designer, my specialty is architecting these bridges. I transform raw content into learning journeys that are both immersive and accessible. This involves:

  • Creating project-based experiences, where knowledge (such as a language) becomes a tool to solve complex problems (like Design Thinking), forcing practical application from day one.

  • Synthesizing complex themes into visual, easy-to-consume formats, such as infographics and job aids, that serve both to deepen classroom learning and to reinforce concepts quickly in daily routines.

The result is learning that “sticks”.

Professionals don’t just memorize information; they internalize knowledge because they applied it to solve a real problem.

Engagement rises, confidence to use the new skill soars, and complex knowledge becomes accessible and applicable at all organizational levels.

Learning Paths

Human development with meaning and purpose.

True learning doesn’t happen in a single event. Often, professionals accumulate “data” and “information” in courses and lectures, but struggle to transform this into practical “knowledge” and, finally, into “wisdom”: the ability to apply it naturally and intuitively.

The challenge is to create a structured journey that guides the learner through these four stages, ensuring that learning is not forgotten, but internalized.

I design complete learning ecosystems, or ‘paths,’ that accompany the professional over time. My action is based on two main fronts:

  • Journey Structuring: I map and create the different stages of learning. This may involve a basic course to turn “information” into “knowledge”, followed by workshops for practical application, and reinforcement content in multiple formats.

  • Content Personalization: To ensure relevance, I customize the path according to the audience’s profile and needs, selecting and adapting materials to ensure that learning connects directly with the student’s professional reality.

The result is sustainable and profound learning.

Instead of a spike in knowledge that fades over time, the learner is led through a continuous journey that goes from theory to practice and, finally, to mastery.

The learning experience becomes personalized and relevant, drastically increasing engagement and ensuring that the training investment translates into real, lasting competence.

Speaking & Workshops

Message clarity and content depth.

Many professionals feel stagnated.

They have invested years in courses and training, but when it’s time to apply the knowledge, whether speaking English in a meeting or presenting a project, confidence disappears.

The frustration of “knowing, but not being able to do” creates a block that hinders growth.

The challenge is to break this cycle.

My journey as a speaker began when I identified an opportunity to improve communication at a company where I worked. I proposed and executed a full-day event with talks and workshops that generated a significant improvement in the environment.

Over time, I “recycled” this approach to focus on one of the corporate world’s biggest blocks: English. I realized the professionals’ difficulty wasn’t grammar, but the need to “Make Peace with English”.

From there, I began designing workshops and talks focused on demystifying the complex and rebuilding confidence, whatever the topic.

Each session is a high-impact experience that uses communication, design, and deep empathy to generate real transformation.

The result goes beyond simple training. In one of the first experiences, the feedback was a “significant improvement” in the company culture.

With the “Making Peace with English” talk, the result was seeing professionals, previously paralyzed by the fear of making mistakes, leave motivated and ready to resume their learning journey.

The true impact is a mindset shift: participants leave not just with new knowledge, but with a new, healthier relationship with their own growth potential.
