My Journey
Together, beyond the obvious.
My job isn't to be the expert at the top of the mountain, but the guide who is just a little further ahead on the same trail.
I help people and teams transform complex trajectories into narratives of purpose. I do this by using a unique combination of design, education, and a deep understanding of human behavior.
This is the story of how I built this approach.
For many years, my professional journey seemed like a puzzle with pieces that didn’t fit. I started in Graphic Design, moved into Marketing, and transitioned into Education, where I went from teacher to coordinator. Parallel to this journey, I fell in love with Music as a tool for leadership and community.
I felt I was accumulating skills, but I was missing a common thread.
Clarity came when a diagnosis named my way of operating in the world: Twice-Exceptionality (2e).
Understanding this internal dynamic (on one side, the high capacity for complexity; on the other, the challenges of focus and continuity) was the map that led me to dive into behavior analysis and critical investigation to get to the root of problems.
That was when the pieces started to come together.
I realized that my entire journey, with its comings and goings, was a spiral training: each turn brought me back to old themes, but always at a higher level of understanding.

- Education taught me to empower.
- Music taught me to conduct.
- Analysis taught me to deepen.
Today, my deepening studies in Pedagogy, Theology and Psychoanalysis are the thread that finally ties all these ends together. It is the lens that allows me to use everything I’ve learned for a greater purpose: to form, guide, and accompany people.
I believe the best way to do this is by walking together. Because the invitation isn’t “come here”, but rather “that is where we are going”.
